国际音标
音素是语音中最小的单位，记录音素的符号叫做音标。英语有48个音素，其中辅音28个、元音音素20个。国际音标(International Phonetic Alphabet => IPA)是国际语音协会制定的记录语音的符号体系，它严格规定“一符一音”为原则，这使得国际音标能够比较科学、精准地记录和区分语音。
